Training on Electronic Databases and Scientific News
On November 27, Caucasus International University Library hosted a training session on the topic: Accessing Licensed Scientific Electronic Databases and Scientific News for Researchers. The event was led by Marika Zhorzholiani, Licensing Coordinator of the Integrated Information Network Consortium of Libraries of Georgia.
During the training, the speaker reviewed how to utilize electronic databases for research, effective search strategies and the process of publishing articles in international scientific databases. The training also place emphasis on EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) services and other relevant resources.
Tamar Kavtaradze, Head of CIU Library welcomed the speaker and the audience before the start of the training and highlighted the significance of the topic.
The event was attended by the representatives of the academic and scientific circles at Caucasus International University.
