• K1: Learning Mobility of Individuals

Mobility program for HEI students and academic/administrative staff. Mobility programs are organized within the framework of the Inter-Institutional Agreement signed between the universities of Georgia (non-associated/partner countries*) and Europe (associated/program countries*).

Mobility directions and amounts depend on the agreement between the universities.

Calls for each mobility/exchange program are announced separately. Information about the application is distributed through the university's corporate e-mail, website, social media pages. After the deadline for sending the application, the candidates are evaluated by a specially created commission, which reviews the applications and conducts an interview with applicants.

    * The Erasmus+ program divides participating countries into two groups: associated members/program countries (27 EU member states + Turkey, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia and Serbia) and non-associated members/partner countries (rest of the world including Georgia).

Within the framework of mobilities, tuition and travel expenses (Georgia - Associate/Program Country - Georgia) are fully reimbursed. Students will also be given a monthly stipend of 800-900 euros depending on the cost of the European (associate/program) country. And for students coming to Georgia, the scholarship amounts to 700 euros per month.

In case of short-term physical mobility, a daily scholarship is given: in case of mobility up to 14 days, the daily allowance is 70 €; In case of mobility from 15 to 30 days, the daily allowance is 50 €.
