    Workshop on the Topic: “The Wise Use of Artificial Intelligence”

    On November 17, a workshop on the topic: “The Wise Use of Artificial Intelligence” was held for the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Caucasus International University.  The event aimed to equip students with the knowledge and perspective required for the proper, ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence in modern academic and professional environments.

    The workshop was opened by Ekaterine Chalaghanidze, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the moderator of the meeting.

    The workshop program covered several thematic directions. The first presentation was delivered by Professor Zaza Tsotniashvili, Head of Media Programs at Caucasus International University, who discussed the role and challenges of artificial intelligence in the academic sphere. He highlighted both the opportunities offered by the technology and the responsibility that its use entails for students and researchers.

    The next presentation was delivered by Professor George Khatidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, who introduced participants to the legal and ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence. His speech addressed both current issues related to the regulation of the technology as well as the risks and standards that must be considered to create a safe and trust-based technological environment.

    In the final part of the workshop, Professor Giorgi Kakashvili, Head of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Information Technologies, discussed the latest technological trends. He introduced to students an overview of the innovative directions that will play a significant role in shaping the future development of intelligence.

    The event concluded with an interactive discussion, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions, share their opinions and gain experience from professionals in the field.
