“Startup Started with a Scholarship” - Meeting at the Business Incubator
The Business Incubator of Caucasus International University hosted an inspirational meeting on the topic: “Startup Started with a Scholarship”. The event, led by startuper and marketer Mariam Chankotadze, aimed to inspire entrepreneurial spirit among students and show that big ideas can be realized even with small financial resources.
Mariam Chankotadze shared her unique experience with the audience and spoke in detail about the path she took from a startup started with a scholarship to the present day. She noted that opportunities are always much greater than they seem at first glance, so there is no need to hesitate in taking the first steps, and self-belief is often the strongest “investment” for any aspiring entrepreneur.
The speaker placed emphasis on the principle of “getting closer,” which means that once you actually start doing something, everything becomes much easier. He encouraged students to see mistakes as a necessary part of the journey, not an obstacle, and not to put off turning ideas into action until tomorrow.
The event was moderated by Ia Nadirashvili, head of the Business Incubator. The meeting, which combined practical advice and real stories, was held in an interactive mode. After the presentation, students had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions that were interesting to them.
