10:00 AMCIU Student is Georgian Champion in Greco-Roman Wrestling (U20)
From April 30 to May 1, the Georgian U20 Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling was held. It is noteworthy that Alexander Vanadze, a student of the Faculty of Medicine of Caucasus International University obtained victory in the 87 kg. weight category. He held a total of four matches at the championship and won all four convincingly.
After his triumph at the Georgian Championship, Alexander Vanadze will represent the country on the international stage. Already in the status of a champion, he will travel to Croatia (Zagreb), where he will participate in a prestigious international tournament.
Caucasus International University congratulates Alexander on his title of Georgian champion and wishes him success on the international stage!
