    A public lecture on the topic - “Project Manager: Myths, Reality and Your Chance in This Profession” was held at Caucasus International University. The event was organized by the Faculty of Business and Technology.

    The lecture was delivered by Nana Lobzhanidze - a student of the Master’s Educational Program in International Business Management at Caucasus International University, a PMP certified project manager and Director of Communications, Marketing and Social Media of the PMI Tbilisi, Georgia office.

    The real specifics of the project manager profession, common stereotypes and opportunities available in the modern labor market were discussed within the framework of the meeting. Special emphasis was placed on the skills and competencies that are necessary for starting and developing a successful career in this field.

    The speaker shared her professional experience with the students and highlighted the significance of planning a career path, the process of taking the first professional steps after university, and the practical challenges that accompany the work of a project manager.

    The lecture was held in an interactive format and participants had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions of interest to them. The event was attended by administrative/academic staff and students.
