Professor Nana Parinos and Student Lisa Bolkvadze Participate in International Scientific Symposium

On July 18, Nana Parinos, Associate Professor, PhD, and Head of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in English Language and Literature at Caucasus International University, together with Lisa Bolkvadze, a third-year student of the same program, participated in the 11th International Scientific Symposium on “Language, Literature and Translation Studies” held at Istanbul Medeniyet University in Turkey.
The symposium was officially opened by Professor Nana Parinos. She placed emphasis on the significance of such academic events both in terms of sharing international scientific works and establishing a global network among researchers. In addition, Nana Parinos chaired the section of the symposium entitled “English Language and Literature”, where Lisa Bolkvadze presented a joint research paper “Typology of the Active Child in English Literature”.
The scientific symposium provided a dynamic platform for active academic discussions.
