PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Caucasus International University is pleased to invite you to a training course – Project Management. The course is intended for those interested in project management, as well as for managers, project managers and coordinators.
After completing the course, the participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills on how to manage the full project cycle and will be able to apply the acquired knowledge independently in practice.
Each meeting is divided into theoretical and practical parts, where case studies and exercises are done in groups.
A modern project-based teaching method is fully integrated in the training.
The training course is built according to international standards: PMBOK 7th, Project Management Body of Knowledge, by Project Management Institute (PMI); Complies with ISO 21500: 2012, Guidance on Project Management and IPMA ICB 4.0.
Precondition: there is no precondition.
Software: Within the training course it is possible to teach a number of issues in MS Project 2016/19 software.
Training format: face-to-face, room 101.
Trainer: Nino Gorgadze
Certified PMP (Project Management Professional).
MBA, PhD candidate, holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management from George Washington University School of Business. Project Management Trainer with 4 years of experience.
General Manager with 6 years of experience. Project Manager with 16 years of experience in managing of large, complex, international and local projects in the international, non-governmental, private and public sectors.
She currently heads the Management Center and the International Project Management Association of Georgia (IPMA GEORGIA).

Training Details:
Training duration: 21 hours (7 modules in total; duration of each module - 3 hours)
Dates: 17, 19, 24, 31 May and 2, 7, 9 June - (19:00 - 22:00)
Learning Materials: Participants will be provided with practical examples of project management plans and required theoretical content in Georgian and English.
Tuition fees - 570 GEL
The program provides the following types of discounts:
1. For CIU students and graduates - 10%
2. In case of family members - 10%
3. 15% for each subsequent training for CIU training course graduates
4. In case of participation of two or more people from one organization, for each participant - 15%.
(Discount is valid only if the tuition fees is funded by the organization / company).
