Online Training - Search Categories of Electronic Scientific Databases

Another online training was held via Zoom platform on the topic: “Search categories of eIFL International Scientific Databases” on June 27, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was attended by students and academic staff of Caucasus International University.

The training was led by Marika Zhorzholiani, head of the Scientific and Reference Services Department of the National Scientific Library, Licensing Coordinator of Georgian Integrated Library Information System Consortium. The speaker introduced the resources in international scientific databases to the gathered audience, talked about the categories of searching for the necessary sources, principles and the possibility of publishing articles in foreign scientific databases.

Such trainings are organized systematically by the library. The advantages, rules, mechanisms and possibilities of using the following scientific bases were presented at the mentioned training:
