Together with their European counterparts, the delegation engaged in the practical application of non-formal education methodologies.

The Georgian delegation was led by Giorgi Pareshishvili, Advisor to the Rector of Caucasus International University, Doctor of Political Science, and Associate Professor. As part of the visit, students from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities—Giorgi Mkheidze, Tekla Kochloshvili and Ilia Aladashvili—enhanced their professional competencies and gained valuable hands-on experience.

The core objective of the project was to empower young people and strengthen the competencies that define competitive advantage in today’s labor market. Participants were given the opportunity to explore non-formal education mechanisms in depth and assess the practical benefits these approaches offer for both personal growth and professional development.

The working process was held in a dynamic intercultural environment, bringing together young participants from Georgia, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Moldova, Spain, Ukraine, Italy and Poland. The delegates from various countries shared their own experience and developed skills through joint activities that will contribute to their future academic and professional success.
