CIU Masterclasses for Teachers

Giorgi Pareshishvili, Associate Professor, Advisor to the Rector of Caucasus International University, together with Davit Gvetadze, Head of the Strategic Communications Department at CIU, delivered a series of masterclasses for teachers from both public and private schools in Zugdidi, Batumi and Kobuleti.
The training focused on significant and contemporary topics, including individualized teaching approaches and student career guidance. Participants received practical recommendations on how to design learning processes tailored to students’ interests and abilities, as well as strategies to support them in making informed and appropriate career choices.
The masterclasses were conducted in an interactive format, encouraging participants to share their experiences and actively engage in discussions, while gaining valuable, practice-oriented knowledge for their professional development.
As part of the program, the career guidance platform “Domenico” was also presented. The platform empowers users to make well-informed decisions regarding their educational pathways and career planning.
After the competition of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
