Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities organize a workshop on the topic: “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”.
Speaker: Tamar Janiashvili - member of the International Coaching Federation ICF Georgia, certified coach of Ericsson International University, founder of the physical and mental recovery studio “Happy Place”
The main goal of the workshop is to improve mental well-being among students and develop emotional self-regulation skills, which are critically important for both academic success and personal growth.
During the meeting, along with sharing theoretical knowledge, the speaker will place special emphasis on practical interaction. Students will engage in special exercises and simulations that will help them:
- Master stress management mechanisms
- Better recognize their own and others' emotions
- Establish effective communication
These activities will help strengthen students’ psychological resilience and prepare them for adaptation to a modern, dynamic work environment.
