Objectives, Tasks and Sections
Objectives of the Service:
Implementing lifelong learning within the university and the community;
Collaborating with state and international organizations, as well as other services, to develop educational programs, and incorporating their recommendations;
Preparing and offering short-term and long-term trainings, courses and programs to the general public;
Enhancing technology skills awareness by offering targeted short courses to the public;
Providing lifelong learning opportunities for students, faculty, and administrative staff, including specialized vocational trainings;
Organizing foreign language courses for all interested individuals.
Fostering internationalization through diverse programs and initiatives.
Tasks of the Service:
Identifying priority areas for the university lifelong learning programs.
Managing trainee enrollment, certificate issuance, and related record-keeping.
Informing the public about the current and upcoming programs and activities.
Introducing Georgian language courses for foreigners.
Organizing general and ESP language courses.
Implementing an ongoing program to enhance English language proficiency among administrative staff.
Planning events that incorporate cultural and cognitive elements.
