In parallel with the theoretical material, emphasis was placed on such effective stress management tools as special breathing techniques, which helped the audience gain the first practical experience of self-regulation.

The second part of the meeting mainly focused on holistic approaches, a synthesis of physical and mental well-being. Participants completed mini-tasks, as well as engaged in light Pilates exercises and meditation practices.

The training also included the development of the “STOP” technique, which promotes practical awareness of emotions. At the end of the session, the audience was given mental health cards as a symbolic gift and the so-called “72-hour principle” was defined. Its purpose is the participants to turn the knowledge they have gained into practical action in the near future.
