Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and Caucasus International University

Today, the Constitutional Court of Georgia and Caucasus International University (CIU) signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement was formalized by Revaz Nadaraia, Chair of the Constitutional Court and Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector of the University.
The memorandum aims to foster and further develop collaboration between the Court and the University in the areas of academia, education and research.
Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties will implement joint initiatives, including organizing conferences, public lectures and seminars, as well as facilitating student visits to the Constitutional Court and supporting moot court activities.
Following the signing ceremony, Revaz Nadaraia, Chair of the Constitutional Court of Georgia delivered a public lecture on the role and significance of constitutional submissions in constitutional proceedings. The event was also attended by Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, Chancellor of Caucasus International University. Speeches were delivered by Professor Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector, Professor George Khatidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Academician Mindia Ugrekhelidze, Emeritus Professor and Professor Beka Kantaria. The event was attended by professors and students.
