Registration for the Professional Program – “Management of Electronic Systems in Small and Medium-Sized Wineries”

Caucasus International University announces registration for the Professional Retraining Program - “Management of Electronic Systems in Small and Medium-Sized Wineries”.

• Duration of the program - 5 weeks;
• Weekly hourly workload - 10 hours (total 50 hours).

The program is funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia within the framework of the “Vocational Skills Development Programs” project “Support to Adult Education”.

The program is open to: a person who holds a professional or higher education qualification in the field of viticulture and enology or has at least one year of work experience in a viticulture and winemaking farm/enterprise or students who are currently enrolled in a professional or higher education program in viticulture and enology. Applicants must be adults.

Program Objective:The objective of the program is to retrain and provide the labor market with qualified personnel equipped with the competencies required to manage the electronic systems of small and medium-sized wineries. The program takes into account international best practices in vocational education, as well as national traditions and the specific characteristics of the Georgian wine sector.The professional retraining program aims to support the development of small and family-owned wineries and enterprises producing wine and other grape-based alcoholic beverages in compliance with international standards and requirements. The program provides participants with knowledge and practical skills in enterprise registration, certification and management, insurance, fundraising, and biocertification in accordance with applicable legislation.Upon completion of the program, graduates, within the scope of their competencies, will be able to participate in the electronic management processes of small and medium-sized wineries and related enterprises under the direct supervision of a winemaker-technologist.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a state-recognized bilingual (Georgian/English) certificate with an appendix.
