On March 10, a public lecture by psychotherapist Lali Badridze, President of the Association of Positive Psychotherapy, was held at Niko Nikoladze Conference Hall of Caucasus International University. The event was organized by CIU Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service and focused on the topic “The Algorithm of Success”.

During the lecture, the speaker discussed success as a deliberate and continuous process. She spoke in detail about the importance of identifying personal resources, maintaining inner balance, and the role of motivation in achieving personal and professional goals. Particular emphasis was placed on the psychological aspects of goal-setting and their effective implementation. “The past is already gone, and the future has not yet arrived; life is here and now. Let us appreciate what we have. We should have a goal and hope, move toward that goal, live in the present, and use our past experience,” stated Lali Badridze.

The lecture was conducted in an interactive format, giving students the opportunity to receive practical advice on managing their psycho-emotional state during their career development and on transforming their aspirations into achievable goals.

The event was opened by Tamar Inasaridze, Vice Rector of Caucasus International University. The audience was also welcomed by Guram Liluashvili, Head of the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service.

In addition to students, members of the university academic and administrative staff attended the meeting, which also included several creative activities.
