Meeting on the Topic: “Your Professional Brand – How to Get Noticed and Selected?”
A public meeting titled “Your Professional Brand – How to Get Noticed and Selected?” was jointly organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service and the Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University.
The primary objective of the event was to introduce students and interested individuals to mechanisms for effective self-positioning and career growth within the modern, rapidly changing, and competitive labour market.
The invited speaker—Mariam Kakhniashvili, a Career & Business Development trainer and Commercial Director at Jobify—spoke at length about the pivotal role of personal reputation, effective communication, and consistency in shaping one’s professional identity. She provided participants with detailed insights into effectively showcasing their strengths, the methodology for building a professional online image, and practical techniques for maximizing the utility of the LinkedIn platform.
The interactive meeting provided participants with valuable advice and practical tools to help them become outstanding, competitive, and highly desirable candidates in the eyes of employers. Students had the opportunity to receive comprehensive answers to their questions and plan the next steps of their professional development.
A memorandum of understanding was also signed during the event between Caucasus International University and the company Jobify. This agreement aims to facilitate employment for students and graduates, implement joint career projects, and support the professional development of young people.

Public Meeting on Scandinavian Wine
The Faculty of Viticulture and Enology at Caucasus International University hosted a public lecture dedicated to the development of winemaking in Sweden and the future prospects of the industry. The session was led by Karl-Johan Fabo, a researcher from Tokaj University (Hungary) and a freelance author specializing in Swedish nature and gardens.
