Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service and the Faculty of Business and Technology organized a masterclass on the topic: “AI Agents and Workflows: Workflow Optimization”.
The meeting was led by Professor Giorgi Kakashvili, Head of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Information Technology at CIU Faculty of Business and Technology.
Within the framework of the masterclass, the speaker reviewed in detail the capabilities of modern artificial intelligence agents and ways of their practical application. Special emphasis was placed on the following areas at the meeting:
- Automation: effective methods for automating both daily and complex work processes;
- Digital Workflows: effective management of digital workflows and optimization of operational processes;
- Strategic Advantage: Discussing the enabling conditions and tools that make AI technologies a powerful competitive advantage in the modern professional environment.
It is worth noting that the masterclass was completely free and anyone interested could participate in it. The meeting was also intended for the general public, which aimed at:
- Increasing technological accessibility – to make modern digital achievements and tools accessible and understandable not only to specialists in the field, but also to all interested citizens;
- Increasing digital literacy – to correctly perceive the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in society and effectively integrate it into everyday activities;
- Professional retraining and adaptation – to share new, practical skills with the general public in response to modern demands on the labor market, which will help them maintain competitiveness.
