The aims of the Congress: To explore the cultural and civilizational context of the languages and peoples of the Caucasus region in a historical context based on the results of interdisciplinary research; To determine the humanitarian, environmental, political and economic challenges of the Caucasus region; To develop the scientific basis for activities to address these challenges; To identify opportunities for the conservation of lingo-cultural aspect and biodiversity in the Caucasus.
The above questions do not limit other Caucasian issues that may be submitted for consideration by the Congress. The Congress will place special emphasis on the issues of vitality and functioning of the languages of the Caucasus; Additionally, issues of physical anthropology of the peoples of the Caucasus, the results of genetic research and the relationship of these studies with the results of archaeological and linguistic research will be highlighted.
VI International Congress of Caucasologists will work in sections:
Linguistics, Sociolinguistics (in 3 sections);
History (in 2 sections);
Archaeology;
Cultural Studies, Art History;
Ethnology;
Folklore, Literature;
Ecology, Geopolitics, Geoeconomics;
Physical Anthropology of the Peoples of the Caucasus, Genetic Research.

Abstract submission deadline: July 15, 2025;
Notice of abstract inclusion in the program: August 5, 2025;
Deadline for submitting papers (poster, oral presentation): September 5, 2025;
Rules for submitting papers - in two languages from working languages;
Paper length: no more than 500 words in one language;
Font: for Georgian - Sylfaen, for English and Russian - Times New Roman;
Font size: 12, line spacing: 1.5;
Format: MS Word and PDF;
