If multiple authors wish to present the same paper, each author must register. To bring diversity and inclusiveness at the conference, ABEM has a one-author, one-paper, and one-presentation policy; i.e. different author should register and present different paper. The registration is specific, nontransferable and nonrefundable. Nonacademic observers do not receive acceptance or invitation letters but their names and affiliations will be included in the conference program booklet unless it is too late. There is no deadline for observers; they can register anytime.
