Information on Georgian National Prize and Shota Rustaveli Prize

We would like to inform you that the commissions established by the decree of the President of Georgia have announced competitions from October 1, 2021 for:
- Georgian National Prize;
- Shota Rustaveli Prize.
The Georgian National Prize will be awarded to a person for a high-level scientific work in humanitarian, social, political, economic, legal, medical, life or engineering sciences, which has gained universal recognition and has made a special contribution not only to Georgian social science but also to the social and economic development of the world.
Shota Rustaveli Prize is awarded to a person for the most important work in the field of literature, music, cinema, theatrical art, fine arts or architecture, whose artistic merits have gained general national recognition and are inspired with the general ideals of patriotism, freedom and humanism.
Applications and papers for the relevant prize can be submitted electronically from October 1, 2021 to October 29, 2021, at the following e-mail address: info@president.gov.ge. The paper, which due to its volume or specifics cannot be sent electronically, can be submitted materially following an electronic application to the Administration of the President of Georgia.
