WINE TOURISM
A joint project of Caucasus International University (CIU), Georgian Wine Tourism Association (GETA) and the Global Wine Tourism Organization (GWTO) announces admission to the certificate course – “Wine Tourism”.
Wine tourism course is designed for those interested in wine tourism. The aim of the course is to provide or deepen theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of wine tourism.

- Main parties involved in wine tourism and role
- Geography of Georgian Wine Tourism

II Meeting – Viticulture and Winemaking
- Main Georgian grape varieties
- Basic technological schemes of wine making
- Qvevri and qvevri wine making technology
- Classification of wines

Dates: November 24, 25, 26 and December 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11
Three days a week, 3 hours per day
Wednesday-Thursday-Friday: From 18:45 to 21:45
Saturday: from 12:00 to 15:00
Total Hours: 27 hours
Tuition Fees – 550 GEL
• Practice in Spanish Wineries
A successful graduate will gain the opportunity to undergo a two-week professional internship for free in Spain.
• Certificate: A bilingual certificate issued by Caucasus International University (CIU), Georgian Wine Tourism Association (GETA) and the Global Wine Tourism Organization (GWTO) upon the successful completion of the course.

Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and Caucasus International University
Today, the Constitutional Court of Georgia and Caucasus International University (CIU) signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement was formalized by Revaz Nadaraia, Chair of the Constitutional Court and Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector of the University.
