    CIU Representatives Participated in the 10th International Staff Week - “We Are Communication”

    Representatives of Caucasus International University participated in the 10th International Staff Week - “We Are Communication” within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, which was held on April 13-17, 2026, at Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution, Lithuania.

    The event was attended by the heads of CIU Bachelor’s Educational Programs in Business Administration (offered in Georgian and English) - Tinatin Doliashvili and Nino Rukhaia-Mosemgvdlishvili. The international week brought together representatives of various higher education institutions.

    Within the framework of the program, university representatives were actively involved in various academic activities - they delivered lectures on contemporary topics, as well as discussed communication and social media issues with students and academic staff.

    They also participated in interactive workshops covering topics such as event marketing, artificial intelligence and communication. This experience helped them to better understand modern educational practices and tools used in European institutions.
    The International Staff Week offered representatives of Caucasus International University a valuable platform to expand their professional networks. New connections were established through institutional presentations and bilateral meetings, while existing partnerships were further strengthened within the framework of international cooperation and the NEOLAiA alliance.
    Alongside the academic program, participants actively engaged in a rich cultural agenda. Highlights included a visit to the Vilna Gaon Jewish State Museum, as well as an excursion to Biržai, where they explored local traditions and cultural heritage.

    Overall, the International Staff Week was an important and interesting experience that contributed to professional growth, the enhancement of competencies and expansion of international academic collaboration.
