Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University organizes a public meeting for students and graduates. The event is dedicated to the dynamic hospitality industry, which offers young talents unique development prospects. Within the framework of the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the requirements of the modern market, the real working environment and the criteria that are a prerequisite for achieving success in this field.
To discuss the above topics, Giorgi Kharatishvili, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding of the company “GMT/HOSPITALITY”, will meet with the university students. The invited speaker will share with the audience the real picture of the industry from the company’s perspective, current global trends, key challenges and strategic opportunities that exist in the market today.
One of the central parts of the meeting will be dedicated to the presentation of the new student program - “Student Lab”. This innovative project was created specifically to support young talents and gives students a unique chance to effectively start and plan their own career path in a leading company. During the presentation, special emphasis will be placed on the specifics of the selection, in particular, the practical skills and personal approaches that the employer is looking for in potential candidates.
