General Information
Online registration is available at Caucasus International University by filling in an application (please, click here to download the application form).
All the below mentioned documents must be sent electronically (online@ciu.edu.ge) together with the application form.
After reviewing the submitted documents, an online video interview will be scheduled with an interested applicant in order to assess his/her English language proficiency and create a video recording. The recording with an applicant will be used for the enrollment process in state institutions and for border crossing procedures.
An applicant will receive an official confirmation electronically on the commencement of events concerning the enrollment at the university after finalizing all the above-mentioned procedures.
All the documents must be scanned and converted into PDF format.

For Individuals with Secondary Education:
A copy of a document verifying citizenship (Passport);
A copy of the document verifying the completion of general secondary education acquired abroad or its equivalent degree;
A filled-in application form (Please, click here to download the application form);
A receipt confirming payment of fees (please, click here for the University bank requisites);
Note: Online applications will not be accepted from the countries where the University has exclusive intermediary companies. These include the Indian states (Gujarat and Maharashtra), Jordan, and Israel (exclusive applies to the dentistry program only).
For Individuals who Want to Transfer from other Higher Educational Institution:
A copy of a document verifying citizenship (Passport);
A copy of document verifying credits gained at a foreign educational institution;
A document showing a student’s residence in a specific country (the duration and dates of the residence must coincide with the duration and dates of studying);
A filled-in application form (Please, click here to download the application form);
A receipt confirming payment of fees (please, click here for the University bank requisites).
For Individuals who are interested in MA Programs:
A copy of a document verifying citizenship (passport);
A BA degree document (diploma, its supplement or a BA qualification certificate and a record card);

A receipt confirming payment of fees (please, click here for the University bank requisites).
Application Fees:
Application fees are defined by 250 USD.
The fees include:
Translation of documents into Georgian language;
Notarization of documents;
Fees for submitting document at National Centre for Education Quality Enhancement.
Note: An application fees (250 USD) cannot be refunded in case an applicant withdraws his/her application or the Ministry rejects enrolment.
Deadline for Submitting Documents
The deadline for submitting all the required documents:
spring semester - From 10 September to 15 February;
Autumn Semester - From 1 March to 20 August.
Note: A precondition for admission to all categories of educational programs (one-step, undergraduate and postgraduate) of the university is the knowledge of English language at minimal level in order to be able to study at the program, in particular:
