What? Where? When? Fall Season Final at CIU

Caucasus International University Intellect Club hosted the Final of What? Where? When? Fall Season Championship on December 21. As a result of 3 rounds, 11 teams took part in the fourth decisive final round. The teams answered 36 questions in three rounds (black box, blitz, super-blitz, guest round, and a host round).

Archil Gogrichiani, the director of “Shungit Georgia”, Nikoloz Churadze, the representative of “Books in Batumi”, Alexander Lortkipanidze, the host of the program “Bookshelf” attended the

final match as guests. The guests asked several questions during the game, and according to the results of 4 rounds, the winning places have been distributed as follows: 1. Brahman Caste (Captain – Marita Sheshelidze); 2. Nike (Captain – Nana Kortava); 3. Joconde. In addition, the Faculty of Social Sciences was named as the best faculty of the Championship. Marita Sheshelidze (Brahman Caste), a student of the Faculty of Medicine was named as the best thinker. Giorgi Tchaava (Shildi) became the best captain.

The representative of “Books in Batumi” awarded the winners. Shungit Georgia also presented its products to the prize-winning teams and awarded the winning team with a two-day tour to Racha in spring. The winners were awarded cash prizes of 500, 300 and 200 GEL, as well as cups, souvenir owls and certificates by Caucasus International University Intellect Club. The best captain and thinker were awarded books, owls and diplomas, and CIU Student Self-Government and University Youth, Sports and Cultural Services awarded New Year’s Party tickets to the winners.
