A public meeting on the topic: “If Artificial Intelligence Can Do Everything, What’s Left for Me?” was held at Caucasus International University. The event was organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service in collaboration with the Faculty of Business and Technology.

The event focused on the rapid development of artificial intelligence, current challenges in the labor market and its impact on the professional environment. The session was led by Elene Dighmelashvili, a transformation coach, and Maia Palavashvili, a human capital management expert.

The speakers addressed key issues and concerns related to artificial intelligence, including whether AI might replace humans in the workplace, which skills will remain uniquely human, and how young people can prepare for a rapidly evolving technological world.

Particular emphasis was placed on the historical evolution of technology, highlighting that success in the future job market will belong to those who can collaborate with technology rather than compete against it.

A significant part of the presentation focused on the concept of hybrid skills, combining technical expertise with essential human abilities.

The main message of the event was that the future belongs to adaptable individuals—those who continuously learn, develop diverse skill sets and effectively use modern technologies for professional growth.
