Meeting and Memorandum Signing with Davit Kenchadze
On March 17, Caucasus International University (CIU) hosted a public meeting with business leader Davit Kenchadze, followed by an official memorandum signing ceremony.
The event was organized by CIU Life-Long Learning and Career Development Office in partnership with the Faculty of Business and Technology. As part of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed by Kakhaber Kordzaia, the University Rector and Davit Kenchadze, the founder of KENCHADZE.GROUP.
The memorandum introduces new career development opportunities for students and graduates. Through this initiative, students will be able to join a specialized platform, create professional profiles, and gain priority access to current job vacancies. Additionally, registration in the group database will support efficient matching with positions aligned to their qualifications.
During the session, Davit Kenchadze emphasized the importance of combining academic knowledge with practical experience. He noted that while a strong educational foundation is essential, success in today’s professional environment also requires the ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage risks.
The expert further explained that competitiveness in the modern job market depends on mastering two key areas: strategic management and sales management. Developing these competencies, alongside technical expertise, is critical for achieving sustainable, results-oriented success.
The event was attended by CIU academic and administrative staff, as well as students from various faculties.
