The public defense of the dissertation thesis by Tinatin Gogashvili, a doctoral student of the Educational Program in Business Administration at Caucasus International University was held on January 21, 2025. The topic of the dissertation thesis is: Organizational Change Management in Georgian Organizations.
The scientific supervisor of the paper is Evgeni Baratashvili, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor. The official reviewers are Nino Paresashvili, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Mamuka Toria, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Technology, Caucasus International University.
After submitting the dissertation thesis and completing the relevant procedures, Tinatin Gogashvili was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Business Administration by the decision of the Dissertation Council.
