A series of educational and practical events for students and entrants was organized by the Public Relations Department and the Faculty of Medicine of Caucasus International University (CIU). The project aimed to provide professional orientation and popularization of knowledge in the field of medicine for young people interested in the field of medicine.
The educational activities included several main areas: Associate Professor Tamar Supatashvili presented an activity filled with practical cases on the topic: “Chemistry without Fear: From Everyday Life to Profession”.
“First Aid” - a session dedicated to the basics of emergency medical care, was led by invited professor Luka Beridze and students of the Faculty of Medicine - Teona Koshadze and Giorgi Mariamidze.
“Anatomy with a New Eye” - Guest Professor Giorgi Aptsiauri introduced the audience to modern perspectives in teaching anatomy, while Assistant Professor Koka Kacharava discussed in detail the issues of drug pharmacokinetics on the topic “The Journey of a Drug in the Body”.
This initiative provides participants with the opportunity, along with theoretical knowledge, to learn about the practical aspects of medical education and receive competent information from specialists in the field.
