11:00 AMMeeting for CIU Dentistry Program Students
On June 20, an academic and professional meeting for students and dentists was held at Caucasus International University. The event was organized and supported by the Head of the Dentistry Program, Professor Lela Tsitaishvili, as well as the company MIS.
Within the framework of the meeting, emphasis was placed on modern trends and innovations in dental implantology.
Implantologist Kakha Gurgenidze presented a report to the audience on the topic - “Complications in Dental Implantation and Their Management”, while orthopedic implantologist Pavle Khujadze spoke about the latest implant system and reviewed its capabilities.
After the reports, a discussion was held, within the framework of which the speakers provided comprehensive answers to the questions asked by the audience.
The goal of the event was to bring together university students, young specialists, and practicing physicians in one space, share knowledge, learn about modern trends, and promote professional collaboration.
Implementing and participating in such projects is an important experience for both students and practicing doctors. The Dentistry Program of Caucasus International University will continue to organize such public projects in the future and will contribute to strengthening professional collaboration among dentists.
Towards the end of the meeting, Caucasus International University was awarded a certificate for its significant contribution to the development of the MIS Academy.
