A public meeting titled “From Roots to Brand” was held at Caucasus International University, organized by the Lifelong Learning and Career Development Service in collaboration with the Faculty of Business and Technology. Dedicated to personal branding strategies, the event was distinguished by its interactive format.

The speakers — personal brand strategist Mariam Dzagnidze and visual identity creator Nini Chaladze — engaged the audience in a discussion on personal branding as one of the most in-demand professions in the modern world. According to Mariam Dzagnidze, in the era of social media, proper positioning is essential for professionals in all fields, enabling them to effectively communicate their message to their target audience. Nini Chaladze emphasized that a well-designed strategy directly impacts both financial performance and visibility, transforming an individual story into a successful business model.

The meeting was loaded with practical activities and group-based exercises. Alongside introducing theoretical concepts, participants worked on translating their personal values and individual characteristics into a coherent professional image. Through collaborative tasks, students identified their internal strengths and explored how to reflect them in their visual identity, gaining a deeper understanding of the art of effective storytelling.

The interactive format, combined with real-world case studies, allowed participants to see firsthand how a personal brand can serve as a vital link between individual identity and career development. It was noted at the end of the event that such practical experience provides a solid foundation for students to establish themselves in today’s competitive job market.

The meeting was opened by Ketevan Nanobashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University, and Guram Liluashvili, Head of the Lifelong Learning and Career Development Service. They highlighted the importance of such initiatives in helping students identify their unique strengths and transform them into practical professional tools.
The event was attended by students from various faculties, as well as representatives of the university administration and academic staff.
