Evening of Poetry at CIU

Caucasus International University Student Self-Governance Cultural Department organized an evening of poetry at the university on 21 October, 2016.
There was a minute of silence in memory of CIU Deputy Chancellor, Tengiz Donadze at the beginning of the event.
The young poets – Nikoloz Rikhton, Otar Paliani, Guram Tatulashvili, Davit Sultanishvili, Giorgi Balakhashvili, Sulkhan Tsulukidze and Nika Kvrivishvili participated in the event. The musical accompaniment of the evening was provided by a violinist Tamar Maskhulia.
Other interested individuals attended the event together with CIU students. Among them were the poets who read their poems in the evening.
Caucasus International University Student Self-Governance Cultural Department has organized such activity for the second time.

Project “Warm City Tbilisi” by CIU Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism Students
On December 6, fourth-year students of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism at the Faculty of Business and Technology successfully implemented a practical learning activity – an introductory tour of Tbilisi for international students of the faculty, within the framework of the course “Event Management and MICE Tourism” (lecturer: Assoc. Prof. Nana Akhalaia).
