A seminar titled “Skills Incubator” was held within the framework of the Business Incubator platform of the Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University. The event was dedicated to transformations in the modern labor market and future professional challenges. The main goal of the meeting organized on December 25 was to share knowledge with students that ensures career sustainability in the context of digital evolution.

The seminar discussed in detail how digital transformation is changing career choices and traditional forms of employment. Emphasis was placed on the fact that the modern generation is no longer limited to searching for standard job vacancies; instead, young people are increasingly focused on creating their own professional paths and launching entrepreneurial initiatives.

One of the key topics of the discussion referred to the role of artificial intelligence (AI). The speaker highlighted how technological progress should be integrated into everyday activities in a way that allows AI not to replace professionals, but rather to enhance their potential and support their development.

The seminar was led by Ia Nadirashvili, Head of CIU Business Incubator, a retail expert and Managing Partner of BeWise Georgia. Drawing on her own experience, she discussed the strategic business development skills essential for a 21st-century professional.

The event was held with cross-faculty participation.
