    Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service will organize a series of interactive workshops focused on personal growth and career development.

    This practical educational program will provide participants with an opportunity to enhance self-awareness, understand their own inner resources, develop self-efficacy and responsibility skills, and learn how to transform crisis situations into personal opportunities. The project is focused on supporting students so that they can effectively achieve their goals, increase self-confidence, and develop key competencies necessary for professional growth.

    What does the workshop series offer you?

    Throughout four interactive sessions, we will gradually explore the following topics:

    • September 22, 14:00, Auditorium 101 - “How to Be Who I Am” - self-awareness, gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and discovering authenticity;
    • September 23, 14:00, Auditorium 101 - “Crisis as a Point of Growth” - seeing difficult situations from a new perspective and transforming them into opportunities for development;
    • September 28, 14:00, Auditorium 101 - “Beliefs VS Values” - Understanding personal beliefs and values ​​and their impact on our daily decisions and behaviors;
    • September 29, 14:00, Auditorium 101 - “Self-Confidence - The Path to Success and Well-Being” - Strengthening inner strength, believing in one’s own abilities and achieving personal well-being.

    The project will be led by Tamar Janiashvili - Certified Soft Skills Trainer, member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Georgia, Ericsson International University Certified Coach (EPC) and founder of the physical and mental recovery studio “Happy Place”.

    Within the framework of the project, five students will have the opportunity to undergo an individual coaching session with a trainer, which will help them better understand their personal and professional goals and develop an individual development plan.
