Training: Effective Use of EBSCO Electronic Databases

A training session on the topic “Effective Use of EBSCO Electronic Databases, Key Updates of 2025–2026” will be held at the library of Caucasus International University.
Speaker: Maia Metreveli – EBSCO representative in Georgia, Project Manager at Innovative Educational Connections and specialist in educational technologies.
The aim of the session is to introduce participants to EBSCO electronic resources and help them develop practical skills for using them effectively.
Participants will learn modern methods of searching for academic information, techniques for optimizing the use of search systems, and the basic principles of selecting and citing scholarly materials.
The event is intended for students, academic staff and researchers interested in improving their research process and making full use of international academic databases.
The training will support the development of participants’ information literacy and strengthen standards of academic integrity.
