Internal Mobility

The submission of applications for the internal mobility for the Autumn Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year will be open from August 1 to August 26, 2025.

The decree regarding the results will be announced no later than September 5, 2025.

Note: In the course of implementation of internal mobility, a student has the right to transfer to the Medical Educational Program under the following conditions:

a. A student must meet the admission prerequisites to the Medical Educational Program established by the University (has passed the Unified National Examinations in English (minimum score of 40) Chemistry and Biology (minimum score of 35) and has a total ranked score of Unified National Examinations of no less than 1800 points.

b. If a student has not passed the subject set as the prerequisite of the program at the National Exams or has not met the minimum threshold score, s/he may still be eligible for internal mobility if his/her cumulative or most recent active semester GPA is 3.0 or higher (with at least 15 credits in the last semester). Additionally, if a student was admitted without passing English exam, or with a score below the set threshold, s/he may qualify for internal mobility if s/he can prove English language proficiency (by submitting an English language certificate /passing oral exam and internal university test). (Applies only to students admitted through the Unified National Examinations before 2020.)

c. The established rules do not apply to a student who was previously enrolled in the Medical Program, later transferred to a different program and now has decided to return to the Medical program.

Note: Mobility is possible only to the educational program corresponding to the subject/subjects passed by a student within the framework of the Unified National Exams (for those students who passed the unified national exams in 2020 and later;

Students who are interested in internal mobility have to fill in the electronic application form below and send it to the email of the office of the dean of their (current) faculty:

P.S. If name and surname cannot be identified with a student’s email such application will not be evaluated! (Please, send the application form from your personal email).

Note: In case of status-suspended students, please submit a request for status restoration before the internal mobility (before submitting the application). Please, also submit a statement requesting the restoration of status and showing the payment of the minimum tuition fees (one third of the semester fees).
