On December 20-25, Georgian Boxing Championship was held at Tbilisi Olympic Palace, organized by the Georgian National Boxing Federation and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia.
It is noteworthy that among senior boxers (girls), in the 54 kg. weight category, Salome Kavtuashvili, a 2nd-year student of the Information Technologies program of the Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University won the championship.

Today, the Constitutional Court of Georgia and Caucasus International University (CIU) signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement was formalized by Revaz Nadaraia, Chair of the Constitutional Court and Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector of the University.
