Registration for the 14th CIU International Scientific Conference

Caucasus International University is pleased to invite you to participate in the 14th International Scientific Conference for BA, MA and PhD Students.
Conference day: June 13, 2026.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students of higher education institutions are eligible to participate in the conference; in addition, pupils of secondary schools will be engaged in the conference. The aim of the given collaboration is to facilitate the promotion of science among graduating school students;
Individuals, who are willing to participate, must register on the university website. Compliance with the requirements specified in the fields with asterisks is mandatory, otherwise the system cannot store your data. A student is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information;
An applicant must have a scientific supervisor, who must be the representative of the academic sphere: Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Assistant or Visiting lecturer;
The scientific board is entitled to decline an applicant with incomplete documents or an author of an inappropriately translated abstract; An applicant will receive notification of acceptance electronically via email.
The author submits only an abstract for conference registration, the full version will be presented on the day of the conference;
Papers submitted by an individual or two co-authors are permitted. More than one work of a student or group work (three or more authors) will be automatically declined;
The abstract must follow the following format:
The abstract should be minimum 750 and maximum 1300 symbols (punctuation marks and space between words are considered as symbols) in each language;

Information for Participants:
The participants will receive the conference program in printed form, and theses will be published electronically on the university website - ciu.edu.ge
10 minutes will be allotted for presentations, and for debates - 5 minutes;
All participants will be awarded certificates at the end of the meeting; in addition, supervisors/teachers of the participants of the pupils’ section will also be awarded certificates;

- 07.05.2026 - Applicants will receive notifications of acceptance;
- 13.06.2026 - Conference opening.
