Irakli Gharibashvili’s Training was Held at CIU

Mr. Irakli Gharibashvili, Director of National Scientific Library conducted training at Caucasus International University on October 18, 2019. It was about publishing scientific articles in Georgian and foreign scientific journals.

Irakli Gharibashvili reviewed the history of publishing scientific papers and the current situation. He placed emphasis on such significant issues as searching high impact-factor, peer-reviewed journals; open and close access scientific journals; the issue of citations and its importance. The presenter also introduced websites where interested individuals can find scientific articles.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of CIU administration, academic personnel and doctoral students of various programs.
