Georgian Diplomacy Day at Caucasus International University

Petre Mamradze, Head of Strategic Management Center, delivered a public lecture on the topic “Georgian Diplomacy and the Foreign Policy Challenges of the Country” at Caucasus International University in relation to Georgian Diplomacy Day on November 4, 2019.
Petre Mamradze reviewed current foreign policy processes for Georgia based on his experience, projects of regional or international importance that influence the formation of the foreign policy of the country during the lecture. In addition, he discussed the profession of diplomat and current challenges in this direction. The second part of the public lecture was held in the form of question-responses.
Georgian Diplomacy Day was initiated by Career Development Service, Public Relations Service and the Faculty of Social Sciences at the university.

Project “Warm City Tbilisi” by CIU Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism Students
On December 6, fourth-year students of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism at the Faculty of Business and Technology successfully implemented a practical learning activity – an introductory tour of Tbilisi for international students of the faculty, within the framework of the course “Event Management and MICE Tourism” (lecturer: Assoc. Prof. Nana Akhalaia).
