Graduation Ceremony 2025
On October 25, Caucasus International University held graduation ceremony for its graduates.
The event was opened by the Rector of Caucasus International University, Professor Kakha Khordzaia. “Many people do believe that success is only measured by career advancement and holding high positions. In fact, success is made up of the small steps we take every day that quietly lead us to our goals. Dear graduates, I encourage you to be proactive and not wait for opportunities to find you, but seek them yourselves instead,” stated the Rector.
The graduates were also welcomed by the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Givi Mikanadze. “You have completed a very important stage of your life and have stepped into a wider world, where the realization of the acquired knowledge and career advancement await you. I stand here, in front of you not only as a minister but as a lecturer and your great supporter. Remember that supporting the youth and encouraging your initiatives are of the utmost importance to us. We will do everything possible to provide you with the space to realize your potential. I am confident that just as you have completed this stage of your life with dignity, you will continue your work with the same integrity and use the knowledge and professionalism gained at the university for the benefit of our homeland,” – noted the Minister.
The event was attended by Zviad Gabisonia, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, the Chancellor of Caucasus International University, the university administrative and academic staff and invited guests.
Distinguished representatives from various fields and the deans of the faculties addressed the graduates with congratulatory speeches. Outstanding graduates from different faculties were awarded honorary diplomas. One of the most emotional moments of the evening was the appearance of the university mascot, “Mr. Shepherd.” The ceremony also featured the festive cutting of the cake and the traditional cap-tossing celebration.
