BAU International Academy of Rome announces the following Summer Schools in Rome: Viral Marketing + Cinematic Rome: A 2-week certificate course which entails such topics as the impact of the web and the social media on the formation of new trends, reputation, and branding. Participants will have an opportunity to explore Rome, the places iconized by history, cinematography and traditional media and learn how to generate effective video and visual content.
The certificate course starts on 27 June, 2016. Upon its completion a student receives 11 ECTS credits. The course fees are 1200 Euro.

Mini Master Branding and Luxury: this course is focused on the critical success factors of the MADE IN ITALY brands and aims to explain the reason why Italian brands convey by definition the perception of luxury.
Mini master class starts on 13 June, 2016 and lasts for four weeks. It consists of three modules: Brand and Luxury (6 ECTS credits), Italian Entrepreneurship (6 ECTS credits), City and Culture (4 ECTS credits).
The course tuition fees are 2000 Euro. The program can be reduced to 3 weeks. In this case, the course fees are 1500 Euro.

Project “Warm City Tbilisi” by CIU Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism Students
On December 6, fourth-year students of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Tourism at the Faculty of Business and Technology successfully implemented a practical learning activity – an introductory tour of Tbilisi for international students of the faculty, within the framework of the course “Event Management and MICE Tourism” (lecturer: Assoc. Prof. Nana Akhalaia).
