WinExpo 2026

On June 5, the 18th International Wine and Spirits Fair - WinExpo 2026 - opened at the Expo Georgia exhibition pavilion.
WinExpo is one of the leading exhibitions in the wine industry, which annually serves as the most important platform for Georgian winemakers to present their products to both the local and international markets. Interest in Georgian wine is growing year by year, which in turn further enhances the scale and importance of the exhibition.
This year, Caucasus International University Winery “Ethno Okami” is participating in the exhibition. Both classic and traditional qvevri wines are presented at the fair. Visitors have the opportunity to taste the following types of wines: Okami, Tavkveri, Chinui-Goruli Mtsvane, Khashmi Saperavi, Rkatsiteli and Shavkapito.
The production of “Ethno Okami” wines is based on original, authentic Georgian technologies. They have been presented at a number of international festivals and events in different years.
It is worth noting that graduates and students of the Faculty of Viticulture and Enology of Caucasus International University also represented various wine companies at the exhibition.
Exhibition visitors will be able to taste Ethno Okami wines at the appropriate stand until June 7.

Presentation of Jemal Sologhashvili’s Collection of Poems
On June 1, a festive event dedicated to the 80th birthday anniversary of Professor Jemal Sologhashvili, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology, was held. In connection with the anniversary, the university hosted the presentation of the author’s new collection of poems - “Turbulence of Thoughts”. The collection was published with the support of Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, the Chancellor of Caucasus International University.
