Poetry Evening at CIU

On May 28, a poetry evening was organized by Caucasus International University Library. The creative event aimed to promote Georgian writing and provoke literary interests among students.
As part of the creative evening, poet Eduard Ugulava presented his work to the audience, introducing his poems to the public. In addition, actors Zviad Dolidze and Beknu Kapianidze, invited to the event, read poems by Georgian classics and contemporary authors.
It is noteworthy that Caucasus International University students also actively joined the meeting, presenting poems by their own or favorite authors to the audience.
The event was moderated by Tamar Kavtaradze, Head of the University Library. The meeting took place in an academic and friendly atmosphere, which once again placed emphasis on the role of the university in the cultural and creative development of students.

Presentation of Jemal Sologhashvili’s Collection of Poems
On June 1, a festive event dedicated to the 80th birthday anniversary of Professor Jemal Sologhashvili, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology, was held. In connection with the anniversary, the university hosted the presentation of the author’s new collection of poems - “Turbulence of Thoughts”. The collection was published with the support of Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, the Chancellor of Caucasus International University.

Science Week for Pupils
Caucasus International University hosted a science week for seniors and entrants – “Discover, Explore, Create”. The initiative was implemented through the joint efforts of CIU Scientific Research Department and the Public Relations Service. The main mission of the project was to provoke interest in scientific research among young people and introduce them to the diverse opportunities that the University offers to future researchers. Throughout the month, participants had the opportunity to attend a lecture course led by leading specialists in the field.
