    Exchange Program at the University of Lodz (Poland)

    Caucasus International University announces call for one semester exchange program at its partner, University of Lodz for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.

    Eligibility Criteria: Students with an active status at undergraduate and graduate levels of the Faculties of Business, Law, and Social Sciences and Humanities of Caucasus International University.

    Within the framework of academic mobility, completed courses and credits will be recognized accordingly. 

    Duration of Study: 1 semester (Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year)

    Number of vacant places: 5

    Application Deadline:April 21, 2026

    Submission of applications documents (in pdf format) must be sent electronically to the e-mail of International Relations Department: ird@ciu.edu.ge.

    Application Documents:

    • A copy of ID/passport;
    • A document verifying a student’s status (in English);
    • Transcript of records (in English);
    • A cover letter (in English);
    • CV (in English).

    Selection Process:

    • Shortlisting candidates;
    • An interview with the inter-university committee.

    Evaluation Criteria:

    • Motivation;
    • Academic performance;
    • Language proficiency.

    Financial Conditions:

    • Participants at the partner university are exempt from paying tuition fees, they pay at CIU in usual manner;
    • Students have to pay transportation and accommodation expanses. 

    The University has introduced the following funding scheme for university student semester mobility (exchange) programs:

    1 1st place in the competition according to the results + min. GPA 3.5 Semester tuition fees + round-trip tickets + co-financing accommodation within 100 euros per month (5 months) + travel insurance + in case of a course mismatch at the partner university, credit payment of the fees for 5 courses at CIU.
    2 Being among the first three according to the results of the competition + min. GPA 3.2 Semester tuition fees + round-trip tickets + travel insurance + in case of a course mismatch at the partner university, credit payment of the fees for 3 courses at CIU.
    3 Being among the first three according to the results of the competition + min. GPA 3.0 Semester tuition fees + in case of a course mismatch at the partner university, credit payment of the fees for 3 courses at CIU.
    4 Selected according to the results of the competition + min. GPA 2.5 In case of subject mismatch at the partner university, payment of the fee for 3 subjects at CIU.
