CIU Professor at Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University Conference

On May 30, Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University hosted an international academic and scientific conference – “2024 Regional Transformation by Tourism Renovation and Reforms Triggered by Tourism: Case of Georgia”.
The supporters of the scientific conference were the World Tourism Organization, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Georgian Embassy in France.
It should be noted that Tamar Margiani, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University, made a presentation at the conference on the topic – “Sustainable Development of Tourism and Its Positive and Negative Economic Effects” (co-author - Nino Samchkuashvili, National University of Georgia).
The presented topic was approved by the audience and was accepted publication in an internationally peer-reviewed journal.
Tamar Margiani participated in the conference with the financial support of Caucasus International University.
