Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service is hosting a masterclass on the topic: “The Brand Within You: The Importance of Self-Presentation During a Job Interview”.
Speaker: Nata Kotaria – Founder and Director of Match UP Consulting, HR and Career Consultant.
Meeting Aims:
Provide students with practical and academic knowledge on how to develop their own professional brand: students will become aware of their unique value, the skills and personal qualities that will make them competitive in the job market;
Master effective self-presentation techniques: participants will explore the approaches that will allow them to present themselves gracefully, consistently and convincingly, in order to make a strong and positive impression on potential employers;
Improve interview outcomes: equip them with the strategies and approaches that significantly increase their chances of successfully passing the selection stage and obtaining their desired job position.
