The highest governing body of the University is the Assembly of Partners. While the Assembly itself does not directly participate in the daily activities of the University, it oversees the institution through a chancellor appointed by its members. The University's top leadership structure also includes:
a) The Chancellor and their advisors
b) The Rector and Vice Rectors
c) The Administrative Council
d) The Academic Council
The foundational management structure of the University is composed of faculties and the structural units within the Rector's and Chancellor's Offices. These units support CIU activities across its three main pillars: education, research, and the Third Mission of contributing to societal development and impact.
